#966 Ctrl + Shift + I shortcut conflict

I have just noticed this today, in version 2.6. Apologies if you have already fixed it.

Shift + ctrl + i is assigned to both "import into new database" and add new item of type "inbook". If you press the key combination the dialog for importing references is the only one that responds.

This seems to be in place. If the problem persists, do not hesitate in reopening
