Could you be more specific? Where are you trying to unpack it to? Which OS are you running under? With just a quick test under Ubuntu it seems to work fine for me.

I'm not the original poster, but I have the same problem. I installed JabRef 2.6 on a Windows 7 PC yesterday and the 'Unpack EndNote Filter Set' opened a window as if the user is supposed to save a zip file, but shows no file to save.

I have the same problem on Mac OS X running JabRef 2.6. I get no error messages but the .zip does not appear no matter where I download it to, how I name the file, and/or what extension I put on the file name. Can someone just post a link to download the Endnote Filter Set??!!!

I have the same problem. The command "Unpack Endnote filter set" opens a window "Save", which is supposed to unpack a zip file. If a file name is selected and the button Save is selected, the window closes but no file is saved in the given location.

Dear all, I am having the same problem whereby no zip file is saved. Therefore cannot import endnote to jabref. Is there a solution to this yet as it has been a year since the last post. Many thanks.

obviously like your website however you need to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very bothersome to tell the truth on the other hand I will surely come again again.

Same here.
Windows XP, exporting the filter set to any location does not work in 2.6, while it does in (parallelly installed) 2.5.

if you type a filename to save, no file is written (win7). Whole process is very unintuitive anyway and could be streamlined.
