When using JabRef in Ubuntu 15.04 following issues occur

Titlebar shows "net-sf-jabref-JabRefMain"
Help browser cannot be closed
"Minimize to system tray" does not work as expected. Possibly, that should be disabled completely.

Not on my Ubuntu 15.04 box --- I assume with "Ubuntu 15.04" you mean the default Unity desktop, right?
