The problem seems BIGGER than this. On Win7 jabRefV3.0 if you switch between the "BibTex Source" and other tabs in the entry panel, without first selecting another field, the edit is not saved = VERY annoying. It doesn't seem to occur every time, and is more prevalent after lots of editing. I even seem to loose edits if I change entries before doing the above kludge, but I haven't been able to categorically prove this behaviour. I have a large bib file, but otherwise no special set-up that I know of.
