j2s-development] ColorDialog implemented

Hi all,

Some days before, SWT Dialog got correct blocking. And now ColorDialog 
in Windows' style with HSL and RGB are implemented and tested. Please 
check it out.

BTW: FontDialog, which is also in Windows' style, is coming. Actually, 
all dialogs would be implemented easily in other styles.
