Most if not all of the reports are in landscape orientation. Sometimes when you select preview report they appear in portrait orientation and the report width is too wide for the page. This seems to happen the first time you open the report.
To correct this, just close the report then reopen it again. It will have the proper orientation the scond time around.
There have also been reports that sometimes the orientation is correct but the report is still too wide for the page. To correct this you will need to adjust the right and left margins.
To adjust the margins, open the report, then right click and choose Page Setup. Then select Margins and make sure the right and left margins are set to .25.
