#8 tabular env is mirrored

tabular environment is not supported (properly/at all).
In Hebrew environement, the first logical column should
apear to the right, yet it apears to the left (as in
LTR). Furthermore, the characters of each cell of the
table apear in left-to-right order (though in the
Hebrew font)
