#10 ivritex 1.2.1 won't compile

I tried to install manualy the ivritex 1.2.1 with the
required patch on gentoo amd64 but it will always fail.
I also tried to install it via the ebuild system after
i wrote a proper ebuild but it failed too outputing:

I'm having the following problem:
