a new plugin is added, this is very similar to the previous one, but it includes BASIC resize /rotate/ functionallity and the hability to save JPEG, notice that this plugin must be considered a PROTOTYPE, it lacks essential features in any editor, but still, under certain circumstances, might be usfull:

This version has corrected the zooming technique so image degradation no longer occurs, the zooming quality is always computed from the original image.

Basic zoom support was added in 1.1.0 play nice on it, it can consume resoures seriously if you roll the ball too fast. Further improvements will be releases as they are done

The plugin supports basic zoom in/out with mouse wheel... keyboard will be supported soon

The first release of the plugin is ready for download. This version of the plugin is really simple in concept: enable viewing images inside eclipse. Currently the plugin provides a very simple editor that displays the image, no zoom, nothing except show the image.
The first new feature that will be added is zooming capabilities.
