You didn't announce 10.2, so it may be that Pablo isn't aware of it. I only 
found out about it because people started mentioning it in bug reports.

BTW, as I mentioned before, the latest version available on SourceForge is 
10.0.

I don't have libivl.a installed in my Windows test system either, and 
everything works without it.
