The best way, with gnucap, is to make a target "tgt" for Icarus that
generates a gnucap device plugin.

If you want to do this, let me know,  The D/A, A/D, and connectmodule
code in gnucap is a bit stale.  If I know somebody wants to use it,
updating it can become a priority.
