There is a .spec file in the .tar.gz file, so you can use rpmbuild
directly, like so:

  rpmbuild -ta iverilog-20150513.tar.gz

If you really only want to make a .src.rpm, you can:

  rpmbuild -ts iverilog-20150513.tar.g

If that doesn't work, let me know.
