One enthusiastic yes, and no dissenting voices, so I've switched everything over. Shout if anything seems broken. I've preserved the v0.8 exceptions (in regress-v0.8.list) in case anyone wants to resurrect them. Given that we haven't touched v0.8 in a long time, it doesn't seem worth expending much effort on this.
