[Iverilog-announce] Icarus Verilog GIT moved to github

As of today, the Icarus Verilog GIT source code repository is
hosted on github.com. There was a mirror there for a long time,
and I've simply defined that repository to be the master. In
the mean time, the copy on icarus.com will be decommissioned.

See the documentation at <http://iverilog.icarus.com> for the
new git URL and clone instructions.

If you wish to switch an existing repo to the new URL, see the
instructions that I posted to iverilog-devel mailing list.

Post issues with the switch to iverilog-devel for support.
