I think I've now got all the icarus.com network services back on
line. Most everything was up for almost a week now, but the http
service was the last holdout, and that should now be up.

P.S. The content for the Icarus Verilog home page is pretty old,
so if anybody feels like they want to write new content, I'm open
to seeing what you have to offer.
