[Iverilog-announce] New home for the ivtest test suite

The source code repository for the ivtest suite has a new home.
Although the issue tracker for ivtest remains as sourceforge.net,
the source has been moved from CVS at sourceforge.net to a git
repository as github.com. To access the new source files, use
the command:

  git clone git://github.com/steveicarus/ivtest.git

There is a mirror at icarus.com as well, but for now stick with
the github site.

This change is only for the ivtest test suite. The Icarus Verilog
files and documentation remain at sourceforge.net for the trackers
and icarus.com for the git repository.
