This snapshot is a fairly big work. There was a large period of
instability between the 20080905 and this snapshot, so I'm sure
this moment has been eagerly awaited.

Also, discussions are starting to take place on the iverilog-devel
mailing list and the iverilog.wikia.com Development Time Line
documentation wiki page, so if you have opinions WRT the handling
of the upcoming 0.9 release or the soon-to-be-legacy 0.8 series,
now's the time to start paying attention.

I've also made RPMs for SuSE 10.3 in the "precompiled/" subdirectory.

Package Builders Note!!! The upcoming 0.9 release will have some
installation target changes, notably for the installed C/C++ header
files.

Package Builders Note!!! The upcoming 0.8.7 legacy release will have
some even bigger installation target changes, as it will be put into
a new product (iverilog08) to support legacy installation, and to
support being installed along with the new 0.9 release when it comes
out.
