I plan to reboot the icarus.com server to install some system
updates. This is a minor upgrade and the outage should be brief,
on the order of minutes. If things go badly, it could be as long
as an hour. So if you have problems accessing icarus.com around
8:00pm PDT, give it a few minutes (or an hour) and try again.
