[Iverilog-devel] valgrind and Icarus development

FYI I have been using valgrind to fix memory management and initialization
problem in the development branch of Icarus over the last month or so.
With the patches I submitted last night the entire test suite except for
memmon in the vpi tests pass without error! The errors in memmon are
specific to the problem that prevents it from working.

There are still memory leaks (which are not considered errors) and I plan
to look at them when I have some free time. I can supply the specialized
versions of vvp_reg.pl and vpi_reg.pl if anyone else is interested in
looking at the memory leaks. Or it may be better to just add them to the
test suite.
