Like I said in an earlier post, my preference is for you to have a local
test for this that you run along with the normal test suite. I have a
bunch of circuits I run locally to check for problem. It is these local
tests that found pr1903343. As long as someone in the development process
is testing this I think we can omit it from the test suite.
