I like that break-down. It would be handy in fact if the message
shown to the bug submitter shows this (or it is put in the Wiki)
so that it is more up front.

I should add that it also is pretty monochromatic because we've
done a stellar job of killing high-priority bugs:-)

Oh, there are *many* times when I thought of doing that, but as
often as not I fix the bug before I could think of a better name
for the subject. By all means if you think you have a better subject,
please change it.
