That's a feature request just waiting to happen:-) There are a
bunch of debug flags like this that are available in the ivl core
program. They are actually turned on by records in the settings
file that the driver passes to the ivl program when it executes.
All we need is the right flags in the driver program to cause
the driver to write those debug records to the ivl program.
