[Iverilog-announce] iverilog-announce and iverilog-devel lists have been created.

[Icarus V. a. <ive...@li...>]

Two new lists have been created that may be of interest to Icarus Verilog
users.

The first is a read only list "iverilog-announce". It will be a low volume
list where Icarus Verilog specific announcements will be made. This will
predominantly be the announcement of stable releases and development
snapshots. A periodic summary of recent changes between releases/snapshots
is also being considered.

The second list is for those developing Icarus Verilog "iverilog-devel".
This is NOT a general user/support forum. The expected content is:
discussions related to bug reports/feature requests, questions related to
fixing bugs, implementation trade offs and other development related
questions. Users may wish to follow this list if they would like to see
what is being worked on and/or to comment on pending changes/fixes to the
simulator.
