there was an idea to replace scheduling of tasks by Quartz-API.
Removal was done, replacement still missing. will be removed from admin-home as temporary fix.
The daily reminder about issues which are not updated is also missing (should be configured by default).

    There is a section in admin-section, in which periodic or scheduled tasks should be defined. By default, there is a issue-update reminder which sends a notification to the owner for issues not updated in 30 days. Scheduler should start at ITracker startup. Custom tasks should be definable by setting a custom script too, I suggest to use Groovy-script, additional Pnuts and JRuby support would be great. Scripting is currently out of scope, so just the target should be to re-add the former Reminder-task: org.itracker.web.scheduler.tasks.ReminderNotification
