There are 3 different emails from the same caller.
Ideally it should create 3 different iTop tickets from those separate emails.
However, it just create one ticket (R-123456) from the first email and updates/adds the next 2 emails into the previous iTop ticket (R-123456) public log.
Please provide your thoughts what could cause these?
