I cannot Troubleshoot this errror while imporiting a custom class
It also spits out this error in apache error log
Undefined variable: GET in /itop/application/itopwebpage.class.inc.php on line 1438, referer: MY_ITOP_IP/pages/UI.php?operation=details&class=NetworkDeviceType&id=26&c[menu]=ConfigManagementOverview
it seems that it is checking fo r network device type id 26 , even tho I have the network device type to be pointing to 29
I would need to anonimize the data as this is a prod environment related issue
Please use the forum first, as Ticket are reserved for iTop bug for which there is no doubt, which means that they can be reproduced on the Demo instance.
Whenever you have a custom class, there is no way for us to reproduce the issue without your customization, and there are 99% chances that the issue is in your customization and not in iTop.
