#2014 Second approval show message error with TTO and TTR

Dear support,

Could you please help to check my problem, We has setting two approval in system but after the second approval click on approved always show message like below :

2022-01-10 09:37:15 | Error | You are not allowed to update the fields: Last update, Status, TTO, TTR: issues = {0=>You are not allowed to update the fields: Last update, Status, TTO, TTR}, class = UserRequest, id = 482 | IssueLog

Are the User corresponding to the 2 Person set for the second level approbation able to open (both details and edit) the UserRequest objects ?

Yes, the Fist level and second level we set two person for approval because if have someone on leaves we have other one approval (mean the person is Head and Manager ).

But the thing i have testing both option already with Fist level and second level only one person or Fist level and second level has two person are still second level person approve get the same Error.
Please help check for us .

Dear Sir,

Sorry i just found the root case of this problem, Now this issue has resolved.
The problem because of the profile user approval does not have rule Agent of Request.

So i confirm to close this ticket. thank you so much for your time to investigate for me.
