#1586 Threshold TTR and Threshold TTO Triggers are not working

Hi ,
Threshold TTR and TTO Threshold is not working for our Itop
and rest other triggers example:(OBJECT CREATION) are working fine and emails are triggered properly.
But only Threshold TTR and TTO Threshold is not working for our Itop
We set stopwatch as ttr and threshold as 75
And our sla is defined properly.
please assist us to resolve.

the trick here is you need to configure the cron file properly.
just edit the cron cmd file then you will be able to find the answer.
currently in itop community edition there is only 75,100 configurable.
but you can extend it to any number like 10%-----120% like that too.
currently im using ttr as 75% , 100% and even 120 % and results are amazing.....believe me itop is really amazing....
