      I am using Mail to ticket automation Version: 3.0.11 extension. problem is when i run php.cron job it is unable to create tickets from email because of the above mentioned error. configuration file is attached. Please help me i m badly stucked. I have to Deploy Production Environment for iTOP working with email extension. today is the last day.

    No need to create 3 tickets for the same issue.
    We asked you for the log file located on itop/log/error.log, we hope that this file contains a more explicit information as the error message that you have can have a lot of various root causes.
    But the cases I am aware of are related to Data synchronization, which is not your case, so it must be something else. In addition, I would recommand you to remove passwords from Configuration file before posting it here...

        The error seems to be located in \MailInboxesEmailProcessor::ProcessMessage in the combodo-email-synchro module.

        You can try to reset the email status (in the incoming mailbox, mailbox content tab). This will remove the EmailReplica object which might contain invalid datas.
        If it still don't work, try adding some more logs in the code (self::Trace() calls)
