- 🎯 Smart Content Integration - Insert iTop ticket references while writing documents or chatting
- ⚙️ Real-Time Dashboard - Monitor connection status, user profile, and open ticket counts
- 🛠️ Professional Admin Panel - Centralized configuration with connection testing and user monitoring
- 🔐 Secure Architecture - Dual-token system ensuring data isolation and supporting Portal users with SAML/external auth
📋 Technical Requirements:
- iTop 1.3+ with REST API enabled
- Nextcloud 30.0+
- PHP 8.1+
- Optional: Portal Personal Tokens Extension for enhanced Portal user support
🔐 Security Model:
- Application token (admin-level) for API queries with encrypted storage
- Personal tokens used only for one-time identity verification (never stored)
- Person ID mapping ensures users only see their own data
- Works seamlessly with Portal users and external authentication
