I have a problem with the notifications configuration.
I configure the CC mail field with Query “contact from a service” but when the email arrives this field is empty.
I attach screenshot of configuration and test.
Could someone tell me if I am missing some configuration?
I also tried to do it by team, but it does not recognize any team id. I don't know if there is a way to assign it according to the type of service.
