Okay, i'm trying to get Nagios to auto cut into iTop. When I run the createTicket-nagios.php manually it will execute okay, however I have event_handler set in Nagios and the nagios.log is showing the events but I never see a ticket created. I'm not sure what else to do at this point, I have set permissions on the php files to nagios and group nagios and confirmed i can execute it as nagios user but it will not execute. Any suggestions would be great at this point.

    Hi,

I did not implement this feature completely because I`m still testing around with iTop. How do you call the createTicket.php ?
Did you call it from the client to the iTop Server (from remote) or do you call the create ticket file on the client and write it to remote itop? It depends how you created the service check. The event will just do what you have configured. In this case maybe the local script or a remote script call. I would prefer the remote call because you don`t need php on each client in this case.

You need to give some more information how, where and what :)

Try to test to call the script manually where nagios will execute it.
