I've been searching and trying with delete policy settings in json but I seem unable to set users disabled and contacts inactive wen running the ldap sync even with retention set to 1 second as well as updateinterval.
Am I trying to accomplisch something that just isn't possible?
we use ms AD as our ldap and we delete users no longer working with us so the csv file doesn't contains the contacts/users I would like to disable in iTop.
