Maybe this topic has been already created but I couldn't find it.
I'm using iTop 3.1.1-1-12561, and I installed the "Time tracking" extension.
I'm looking for a setting to force my Helpdesk agent to put the time spent on a ticket.
We don't want to use the stopwatch itself, just to put the tima tracker as mandatory.
