iTop : How to put Time tracking mandatory before closing ticket

    Hi all,

    Maybe this topic has been already created but I couldn't find it.
    I'm using iTop 3.1.1-1-12561, and I installed the "Time tracking" extension.
    I'm looking for a setting to force my Helpdesk agent to put the time spent on a ticket.
    We don't want to use the stopwatch itself, just to put the tima tracker as mandatory.

    The extension stores time spent in dedicated objects, so what you are asking for requires some development.
