is it possible to set the approver after an agent?
As far as I can see, only new ticktes could be assigned to an approver.
If an agent is already connected to it, thers is no option.
All I could do now, is to manually create a duplicate and set there the approver.
Thanks!

This brings me to the question of if it is possible to change this so that it cannot only be set in the "new" status.
I have also spotted the "clone this request" function on screenshots, how can I activate this?
Thank you!

"clone this request" is a configuration which rely on the extension "User action configurator"
It is possible to request the approval from another state than "new", this means changing the default UserRequest lifecycle, adding or moving existing transitions. This requires either to write an iTop extension in XML or buy a subscription to Combodo and use the ITSM Designer which allow you to do it in a few drag and drop

Looks like the extension works as designed.
