Recently I´ve implemented iTop in order to manage the CMDB of my company, we will use only the CMDB module as we use other tools in my company.
One of them it´s called IBM Maximo Assent Management, we use this tool as ticketing tool ( INCIDENTS and REQUESTS) . I would like to know if iTOP can be integrated with any ticketing tool as ( GLPI, OTRS)
My idea is to use iTOP to manage the CMDB and Maximo to manage tickets , incidents and request, I don´t want to use the Incident Management module as native, I only want syncronize the request and incidents to visualize them.
Is there a guide to integrate this tools or a generic guide to do it?
