Unable to add itop instance on iTop Hub

Hello,

I upgraded my iTop website from 2.6 to 2.7 and then from 2.7 to 3.0. If I log in to my iTop Hub I can't see the updated version and if I try to add it again I receive the attached message.

Can you please help me?
