It will show correctly, yet if I read the documentation page: https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?hide[sidebar]=1&referer[id]=store&referer[path]=%2Fen_US%2Fproducts%2Fcombodo-telephony-integration&id=extensions:combodo-telephony-integration
I should be able to define if I want it to work with:
Incident
Requests
Were do I need to change this? I do not see any such option in my production conf /var/www/html/conf/production/config-itop.php)
What (additional) steps are needed to get it to work with both REQuest and Incidents?
In the Configuration section of the wiki you can read :
"Should an iTop administrator wishes to change these parameters, he'd just need to add specific lines into the configuration file, under the 'Modules specific settings' section, in a 'combodo-telephony-integration' array."
Some examples are then given. Namely, you'll see a section where the different list of tickets that you'd like to see upon the reception of the call can be defined.
With the hope that helps.

So recently I ordered a paid extention "Computer Telephony Integration"
If I use a URL like:

I saw other extentions indeed make the array by default, this one does not seem to do this, hence I was a tad confused.
Were would I be able to request this to be done in future extention add-ons? (as this would be a real quality of life fix)
