We are currently working on upgrading our iTop instance from version 3.1.1 to 3.2.1. During testing with the new version, we encountered an issue related to the "Customized Request Forms" extension.

We use multiple request templates for the same Service Subcategory. When selecting one of these templates and attempting to populate a dropdown field that uses the following OQL statement: SELECT Organization, we receive the following error:

"Field with ID 'test' was not found in the Form with ID 'cf_service_details-subform_user_data'"

Interestingly, this issue only occurs when multiple templates are associated with a single Service Subcategory. If only one template is linked to the subcategory, it works as expected with the samte request template. Modifying the OQL query or renaming the field in the template does not resolve the issue.

This functionality worked without problems in iTop version 3.2.0. We have tested both version 2.4.6 and 2.4.1 of the "Customized Request Forms" extension, with the same results.

Are there any known issues related to this, or are there any recommended workarounds? Ideally, we would prefer not to switch to a one-to-one relationship between Service Subcategories and templates.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Hello Matteo,
Yes this is a known regression of iTop core, which requires to upgrade your iTop to version 3.2.1-1
This version was released last Friday.
