OCS Inventory Import Mapping Error

Hi,
i have a testsystem with OCS and iTOP and a Prod system. The Import from OCS into iTop works well for the OS Version, but in Prod i got:

[Warning] No mapping found with key: 'Debian GNU/Linux 11.11_11.11', 'osversion_id' will be set to zero.

The Table in the Database seems to be ok. It has the same values like the one in the test system. The status in iTop shows unchanged for the osversion_id. The values in csv files for osfamily_id and osversion_id; seems ok: "Debian GNU/Linux 11.11";11.11;"

In the table virtualmachine for this system under osversion_id the value is 11.11, but its not shown in iTop.

Where can i look else? What could be the problem?

edit: The activity log for the syncro virtualmachine shows:

Attributes List - modified oslicence_id : Reconciliation Attribute set to (previous value: id), Update Policy set to Unlocked (previous value: Locked)
Attributes List - modified osversion_id : Reconciliation Attribute set to (previous value: id), Update Policy set to Unlocked (previous value: Locked)
