Hi,
when using URL with local phone number, CTI extension works perfect https://FQDN/itop/pages/exec.php?exec_module=combodo-telephony-integration&exec_page=index.php&phone=0696101012
With international phone number (with a +), the + is considered as an html space, and CTI fails to retreive https://FQDN/itop/pages/exec.php?exec_module=combodo-telephony-integration&exec_page=index.php&phone=+596696101012
If I use international phone number as defined in standard E.164, phone numbers are prefixed with +Country https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoftteams/what-are-dial-plans?WT.mc_id=TeamsAdminCenterCSH#normalization-rules
We live in Caribbean, and all islands have different prefix, so we receive always international numbers with +
Can you correct CTI extension in order not to interprete "+" as a space, but as a character ?
Hello,
Thanks for you input. We'll work on your point and include it in our next CTI version which should be released before the end of summer.
