Hi everyone.
Kindly your help for this issue~
I has been deployed a iTop system in our company, used a AD_import_account.txt script and can be created account by AD when i run the http://10.41.11.131:8000/webservices/import_adaccount.php but the sync result is 0... (attached a screenshot )
Our deploy enveironment:
Docker version: 26.1.4
iTop version:3.2.0-2-14758
MySQL: 10.6.18-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
PHP: 8.1.29

Hi Sam,

I would recommend the extension: Data collector for LDAP
It is easier to configure and troubleshoot in my opinion, but then again I have always only worked with a data collector extension.

I know this does not answer your question but it maybe does solve your problem.

  this problem has been resovled.
  yes, we finally chose to use Data collector for LDAP. but still couldn't sync AD user.
  the root case is php file memory is too small, i change the memory site to 512M the sync was done....
