is it possible to fix the domain/url which is included in the $this->hyperlink()$ function. It looks like the url is used which is used in the active web session. Is it possible to use a static domain instead of using the dynamic function?
If anyone knows where the function is located this will also help.
Best Regards

Which version of iTop are you using ? in iTop 1.2, the URL configured during the setup and stored in the configuration file to avoid this kind of troubles.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for the info. At the moment we are running 1.1, but update to 1.2 is planned.
