thanks for the reply @cisou ,I already installed this extension, however, i dont know how to test it if the holidays are subtracted to the resolution delay of the ticket. Many questions are bothering my mind right now like if the tickets are already created, then I installed this extension, will it work? or I needed to create a new ticket again after installing this extension?
