I've installed Itop locally on a linux system and I've setting up all I need but I want to customize or to create a new portal for the agents.
I don't want to use tje existant fields and seems difficult to use for the users so I just a simple fileds asking a title,object and a content.
I've tried to find it on google but as I'm a beginner it's a little difficult for me to understand so I need an advice and step by step if it's possible.
