Integration with Tawk.to (store.itophub.io) now allows agents to open tickets directly from the chat window.
New fields are dynamically displayed based on values filled in a form by the user.
This dynamic display as well as default values of the dependent fields have to be configured using Customized Request forms. (store.itophub.io)
