I have a problem. I follow the page on autoclose to have the automatic closure of tickets resolved but I cannot put the cron.cmd to execution. However, I put schtasks.exe /create /sc minute /mo 1 /tn "iTop CRON" /tr "C:\iTop Server\web\webservices\cron.cmd"
in administrator mode but in the task scheduler I cannot execute it, although I have rights to the folders but I get the message (0x1)
Here is what I have in the cron.cmd batch
I would also like to know if in order to have a difference in an email notification with a manual closure by an agent and an autoclose it was necessary to create the autoclose state and put it in a trigger?
