Hi,
I have problem that if i add new services then these are not shown when i want to make new user request.
Demo services like "Computers and peripherals" and "Telecom and connectivity" are shown.
Using itop version 1.0.2-120.

Hi boyzon,

A "service" is not enabled for a given customer until there is a "Customer Contract" in which the customer organization subscribes to this service with a specified SLA.
