We have a waiting Time during display all tickets in support interface.
The display is no longer available when the user choices the option: all.
We have 50 records to display.
Please can you help us to adjust this issue?

What do you mean by "option: all" ?
Seems you're french as me, but please go on with english here, as lots of different people use this forum and english is the most universal language.
You might add some screenshots ?
