Can a raise a raise a feature request to notify to the person dealing with the call that the TTR time is nearly up and to notify the team when a TTO is nearly out of time. Maybe when a certain percenage of the total time is remaining?

Also, there is a workaround: when the TTR time is nearly up, the corresponding ticket is already highlighted in red.
For sure, it requires that the agents keep an eye on the dashboard "Incidents assigned to me".
